Fin du suspense

Une fois passée l’épreuve de la réservation des tickets, comme le stipule l’écran final, un mail de confirmation doit être envoyé dans les 24 heures. Une petite angoisse me tenaillait toujours dans le cas où quelque chose ne se serait pas passé correctement. Finalement ce mail est arrivé le soir même à 18h43.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY You have purchased deposit tickets for Glastonbury 2011 at Worthy Farm, Pilton-Somerset on 24-26 June 2011
You have ordered the following tickets Reference 12345678 – 2 ONLINE £50 DEPOSIT at £50.00
You have been charged a total of £100.00 and this will appear on your statement as ‘GLASTONBURY’
Sales will be processed immediately and your transaction will be completed during the five working days following the sale. For the avoidance of doubt please check your bank/card statement following your transaction/s to be certain whether or not your payment has been successful .
Any transaction that results in a charge back or payment dispute will be cancelled. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account to pay for the tickets. If your transaction hasn’t been processed within 5 working days, contact Seetickets immediately.
You will then have a week in Spring 2011 to pay the remaining balance of £145 per person plus booking and transaction fees. If you are booking from a UK address you will need to pay your balance from 1-7 April 2011. If you are booking from an International address you will need to pay your balance from 25 February – 3 March 2011.
If you have not paid your balance by the end of your balance payment window, or you decide to cancel your deposit, you will be charged an administration fee of £10.00 and refunded £40.00.
You will be sent a reminder email when the deadline is approaching. However, ultimately you are responsible for paying your ticket balance.

Mais ce mail ne me rassurait pas complètement, puisqu’il fallait vérifier encore quelque chose; que le paiement avait été effectivement encaissé dans les 5 jours à venir.  La confirmation est finalement arrivée le 6 octobre sur mon compte en banque, fin définitive du suspense. Le lendemain Bigou nous informait que de son côté, il avait lui aussi été prélevé des 50£ d’accompte. Nous étions officiellement sur les rails pour Glastonbury 2011…
